The EU Cookie Law was approved in Italy with legislative decree 69/2012 and 70/2012. In May 2014 the Guarantor for the protection of personal data with a provision for the Identification of simplified methods for providing information and obtaining consent for the use of cookies – 8 May 2014 (Published in the Official Journal no. 126 of 3 June 2014), which websites like this must adhere to.

What are cookies and what are they for
