Our gold is certainly the oil from our olive grove, we have around 120 plants over 50 years old that produce a small fruit (Bosana olive) but very suitable for quality extra virgin olive oil. Production is around 300 liters but then it depends on the years. Being an organic oil and I say organic simply because nothing is administered to the plants, not even water, it is an oil that in northern Italy we sell very well even to families with small children because everyone knows how important it is to give children an excellent quality organic oil.
